We have won the coveted Corporate Caterer of the Year, covering both metropolitan and state awards of excellence, presented by the Restaurant and Catering Association NSW. This was ahead of all other caterers in NSW. passion8 catering, a gold license caterer, cater approximately 500 functions a year, ranging in size from small dinner parties to functions of over 3,000 people. Typical functions are between 200-300 people. Passion8 Catering catered the largest sit down dinner ever held in Australia, for 3,500, at Darling Harbour.
A new and exciting 'Foods 2 Go' division now offers pre-prepared platters for the Corporate market - incorporating working lunches, am/pm teas, individually plated breakfasts, lunch or dinners as well as fully catered boardroom meals. The division also provides kosher, halal, frozen meals, cakes, home delivery as well as complete 'Food 2 Go' menu. Staffing for all catering needs is available.
passion8 catering has its central offices and HACCP approved commercial kitchens in the Lane Cove West Business Park. Functions are held at over 40 different venues such as the Four Seasons, the Hilton, Sofitel Wentworth, the Shangri-La, Star City and the Sheraton on the Park.
At all venues, passion8 catering supplies all the necessary kitchen equipment, the food prepared under the strictest levels of health & safety and permanent staff that are specialists in their field.
